The Social Harmony Institute is an initiative from the Institute of Social Sciences and the Asian Social and Cultural Research Institute (ASCRI) at the National University of Singapore.

It aims to develop research and education on issues related to social harmony in Asia.

The Singaporean government is trying to bring social innovation to Singapore’s new economy and its rapidly growing middle class, but it has yet to find a single social innovation that can help bridge the gap between the country’s new, mostly middle class and the countrys low-income and working poor.

“Social innovation” is a term that has been used to describe innovations that can boost economic growth, and in Singapore, many of these innovations have been brought by the government or its allies.

For instance, it has been claimed that a social innovation in the construction of a subway system would boost the economy by 10% and would create 10,000 jobs.
